📦 SHIPPING POLICY AURA PERFUMES — Shipping Policy Last updated: 2025

1. Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays. Orders placed and paid until 2:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders paid after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor your order in real time.

🏝️ Islands (Azores and Madeira) Shipping to the islands is subject to additional deadlines and costs. Please contact us before placing your order to receive updated information.

🇪🇸 Spain CTT International — 2–4 business days — 7,90€

For other European destinations, please contact us beforehand.

3. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders of €30 or more for Mainland Portugal, with delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

4. Packaging All orders are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transport. We use reinforced boxes with internal protection and tissue paper. Each order includes a personalized thank you card and, frequently, a surprise free sample.

5. Order Tracking After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order in real time on the CTT website (ctt.pt) or directly on our store’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Failure If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and the order will be available for collection at the nearest CTT post office for 15 business days. After this period, the order will be returned to the sender.

In case of return due to the recipient’s absence, the costs of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Incorrect Address AURA PERFUMES is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please always double-check your details before completing the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Order If your order arrives damaged, please immediately photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours.

If the order is not delivered within the maximum expected time, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. After confirmation, we will reship the product or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
