TERMOS DE SERVIÇO AURA PERFUMES — Terms and Conditions of Use Last updated: 2025
1. Identification The website auraperfumes.pt is operated by AURA PERFUMES, based in Portugal, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) [INSERT TAX NUMBER HERE], hereinafter referred to as AURA PERFUMES.
2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using this website, and by making any purchase, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the website and its services.
3. Products and Availability 3.1. All products displayed are subject to stock availability. AURA PERFUMES reserves the right to limit purchase quantities per customer.
3.2. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences between the displayed image and the actual product may exist, particularly regarding packaging, and shall not constitute grounds for complaint.
3.3. AURA PERFUMES guarantees that all products sold are original and sourced from authorized suppliers.
3.4. The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force and may be changed without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of ordering will apply.
4. Orders 4.1. An order is only considered confirmed after payment confirmation and receipt of the confirmation email from AURA PERFUMES.
4.2. AURA PERFUMES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected abusive use. In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded.
4.3. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering, including the delivery address. Errors in the address that result in delivery failure are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Payments 5.1. The following payment methods are accepted: credit/debit card, MB Way, and PayPal.
5.2. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. AURA PERFUMES does not store credit card data.
5.3. If payment is not completed, the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1. All content on the website — including texts, images, logos, videos, and design — is the property of AURA PERFUMES or its respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of the website’s content without the prior written authorization of AURA PERFUMES is strictly prohibited.
6.3. The trademarks of the products sold (Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan, among others) are the property of their respective manufacturers. AURA PERFUMES is an authorized reseller and has no ownership relationship with these brands.
7. Liability 7.1. AURA PERFUMES is not responsible for allergic or dermatological reactions resulting from the use of the products. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the ingredients before use, especially in cases of sensitive skin or known allergies.
7.2. AURA PERFUMES shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or any losses resulting from the use of the products beyond what is provided for by law.
7.3. In the case of a product with a manufacturing defect, AURA PERFUMES’ liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount paid.
8. Data Protection The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
9. Dispute Resolution 9.1. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to alternative consumer dispute resolution entities, under the terms of Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September.

9.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of the District of Porto shall have jurisdiction.
10. Changes to the Terms AURA PERFUMES reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the website after the changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms were prepared in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February and other applicable legislation on electronic commerce in Portugal.
